E2B : Employee to Big Business

Have you read Robert Kiyosaki's "Cashflow Quadrant: Rich Dad's Guide to Financial Freedom" ?

cover

This site is besed on idea from the book. How we can move from "E" (employee) to "B" (Big Business) with our spare time. We can make our future by ourselves.

"I" (investor) quadrant is also important. Many great investor says "To be a good investor, the good businees owner experience is very important".

Well, there's not so many way to do this concept (Employee to Big Business). I picked network marketing for this vechicle. Because we can build passive income, time freedom, finantial freedom, positive friends, good communication skill as long as business experience.

I thought it is ideal "Real world business practice tool".

By followin steps, you can get imporant skills:

  1. Costmer: It is easy to be a costmer, but to be a good costmer you'll need the eye to find product/service.
  2. Sales: Some people has already this skill by sharing your experience. Know the value of your words.
  3. Recruitor: This skill might be new for some people. It is the beginning of your business experience.
  4. Teacher/Trainer: Basic duplication is that learn by taught, teach other and teach how to teach. If you're a school teacher, you have this skill already.
  5. Motivator: It is easy to get idea and start business, but difficult part is keep the motivation and activity. "Vision" and "Mission" is important in your business, but "Purpose" is more imporant for your motivation. "Be here a year from now", then you'll see the result.
  6. Leader: Lastly you'll be a good leader. If you can say "I want to be recruited by me", you must be good leader already.
